By placing an order with us, you accept the following terms regarding shipping and delivery.
UAE
- Dubai: same-day delivery for orders placed before 5:00 pm.
- Other emirates: delivery within 1–2 days.
- Delivery fee: AED 35. FREE delivery on orders from AED 300 anywhere in the UAE.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please provide a correct mobile number so that our courier can reach you without delays.
International orders
- Shipped by Emirates Post. Delivery takes 3–10 days.
- Shipping cost depends on the destination and parcel weight and is calculated at checkout: from AED 45.
- United States: AED 80, FREE on orders from AED 700.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Additional information
- Delivery times may vary during holidays, weekends and Ramadan.
- Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, and the cost of such orders cannot be refunded.
- Customs rules vary from country to country. International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes and fees.
