Returns and Exchange
The size did not fit or want to return the goods anyways?
To be eligible for a refund, orders from the UAE must be returned to us within 7 days from the date the package was received.
NOTE: This does not apply to the return of damaged or worn underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery.
Products must be returned in their original state with a tag attached to them.
For international orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date the notification was sent. International return shipping cost, customs duties and any other fees must be paid by the customer.
For items purchased at full price using a card payment, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment (card payment only) and must be accompanied by a receipt with the item in its original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
