Returns and exchanges
Size didn't fit, or simply changed your mind? No problem.
- UAE orders: return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns within the UAE are free of charge.
- International orders: return within 14 days of the delivery notification. International return shipping, customs duties and any other fees are paid by the customer.
- Full-price and sale items are returned on the same terms.
- Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached, together with the receipt or order number.
- For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged underwear, bodysuits, swimwear and hosiery cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Orders paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay are refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
- The original delivery fee is non-refundable (if you paid for delivery).
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
